I had a pit-bull mix. She knew 3 tricks. Sit, Down, and Speak. She would do any of the 3 independently on command. However, if you had a treat, she would just cycle through all commands no matter what you tell her to do. Just an infinite loop of sitting, speaking, laying down, sitting, speaking, laying down, ect. It didn't matter what you told her to do. She just did all 3 repeatedly and look at me with a "what the fuck more do you want from me???" look on her face.
I fucking loved that dog and miss her dearly.
My dog does that. I don't even have to tell him a command and he will sit. Some times he even shits without being told.
To be honest I do wish that would happen outside, but hey, what can you do?
What a smart little pup
My dog used to know how to rollover, now he just stands up and spins in a circle. He still gets the treat.
Ni🅱️🅱️a all I see is
F E E T
What's the breed of dog?
I taught my dog this way and it led to her pretty much going through every single trick she knew (sit, lay down, roll over, sit again for paw) as soon as you approached her with a treat. It can backfire.
The only thing I was looking at were those perfect feet
Don’t always reward them with a treat for doing the trick. Otherwise they will stop doing it when you don’t reward them.
Food motivated dogs are great and easy to train. Our Australian shepherd is toy motivated, so he's a bit tougher. Our German shepherd is motivated by the movements of the planets and stars, who knows what she's thinking.
I kept staring at her toes
Those feet <3
When my parents got a puppy, I spent a day teaching him about five or six different tricks using treats.
Now if you go for the treat bag he just cycles through all five until he gets the treat. I'm the only one that makes him do them on command, so he just cycles tricks when he knows it's truck time.
I like her feet
Awww KK Slider was always talented
That's just one trick.
My dog only learned to roll left. He's not an Omni roller. :(
I DO NOT PERFORM TRICKS, I ACCOMPLISH FEATS.
She could train me any time.
yikes, many foot fetishes in these comments
Already confused about the signals... Pointing as a sign to lay on the ground seems not like the best idea in my opinion
Awwwwww soooo cutee... no doubt he’s a polite pupper 🐶
*puppy. For fucks sake
OMG! A dog rolling over! Front page. WTF!
What's a pupper?
I see a dog and a girl.
If the post I see on Facebook is true, this pup is also deaf
And that’s how it’s done
Cute and pure...
We had a lab that would sit, lie down, roll over, speak, shake. All on command. It got to a point whenever he'd hear us get a treat, he would just go through all his tricks in the same order.
So THATS how they do it
My dog is over 10 years old and she has just started offering a paw in exchange for 2 treats.
my dog never wanted to roll over he doesnt fall over when i try getting him to follow the treat but he just realizes he cant turn his head that far and tries to get it by turning his head the other way
I take my pup to puppy training at a PetCo. They do great work. The trainer there loves my dog even tho he's a stubborn Chocolate Lab.
My sister taught her dog to spin and so now he just spins constantly when he wants a treat. We don't say anything to him but if we are holding something, the dude is spinning.
With my dog, when I said "treat" he would instantly sit, then lay down, roll over and then walk up to me lol. I was just like, yeah, okay. and stopped trying haha.
I want a dog so bad but idk how I’m gonna potty train it lmao
Just pet him and give him free food D:
If you command upright and then help your pup instead of being bent over for him the whole time you teach him to listen to your command instead of going off your body movements, hope this helps someone, thanks.
Pupper is such a stupid fucking word why dont people just call them puppies.
so awesome. though i must say i am super jealous, roll over is the one command i can’t get my dog to do.
Stop this pupper bullshit
Good lord there are a lot of shrimpers in this thread
Literally just a dog rolling over for a treat.
This sub is going downhill.
Does two tricks learning all the tricks!
That is not all the tricks. Just two. There are more to learn....
Lovely dog. I've got a German shepherd, he'll only sit if he gains something, his soul piercing bark uncontrollably roars every time the wind blows outside and he doesn't come inside at night when people are sleeping and gets angry if I try to make him.
Training your dog properly as a pup goes a long way. I love my boy as he is though, even when he's difficult sometimes. I can't be angry at him for the behaviour I let develop.
I absolutely adore him.
You suppose when they get trained by treats they feel jipped in later life when they do the things and there are not treats? I'm not as sweet as a dog and have a dark human heart, just know I'd be like wtf? Why am I now doing this for none treats? Treats were promised!
My dog will shake with both hands, depending on whether I say left or right. Sit, high 5, lay down, stop, run and play dead. He will not roll over. 13 years old and refuses to roll. I'll get him to his back and he stops.
u/duglasfresh is your nickname Doug E Fresh? Because mine is too!!
i just keep watching it
How do you get him to stay still?
Bestest boi. Would give all the treats and belly rubs.
If that dog's name isn't spot I have words
What kind of dog is this?
This pup has trained his endless food robot hand quite well!
